How to find us

We look forward to being of service

The Center for Connection, Healing and Change specializes in individual, couple, and family therapy services. We are trained in models that value family systems, attachment, trauma and somatic ways of working.

We intentionally chose an office location in a quiet and serene area, centrally located in Woodbridge, VA, and with plenty of free parking. We are conveniently located off Prince William Parkway and Ridgefield Rd, opposite the Prince William County Government complex, and minutes from the I-95.

Our office can be found behind the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant and Wells Fargo Bank. When you turn off Prince William Parkway on to Ridgefield Rd, turn right onto Marblestone Dr. Our office is located at the far end of the private office complex, on the first floor, above the Anytime Fitness Gym.

Although it is a Woodbridge address, it is a quick drive from Lake Ridge, Montclair, Southbridge, Lorton, Dumfries, Triangle, and Quantico. We are 9 miles from the center of Manassas and 20 miles from Stafford.

As you enter the building, take the elevator up to the first floor. Turn left out of the elevator, and our office is the last office at the end of the hallway, suite 200. You will be able to see our logo, The Center for Connection, Healing and Change, on the suite door.

Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. Your therapist will come out to meet you at your appointment time. We encourage you to make the most of your time in our space by turning off any technology, refraining from talking on the phone, and taking a moment to connect with yourself or your loved ones.

Office

Beautiful Space

Designed for the needs of our clients

Surrounded by wide-open spaces in a master-planned office community, the office feels private, secure, and peaceful. Each office has large windows creating a light, airy, and contemplative space.

We intentionally designed each office space to meet the needs of our clients; infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. Each office was created to feel relevant and comfortable for the clients who spend time there.

We have play therapy and expressive arts therapy spaces for children and teens. Designed to be welcoming to younger people, resources are stored lower to the floor, with cushions and beanbags for sitting on the floor during sessions. Our family rooms are bright and colorful, offering a wide variety of creative and expressive mediums.

We have a larger, welcoming office space designed for pregnant and nursing mothers, wandering toddlers and young children, and large families. It offers plenty of comfortable seating and resources for multiple family members, including blankets, cushions, toys, changing mats, and play mats.

Our couples therapy offices include a variety of seating options that allow you to turn and face one another during moments of connection. We have curated modern furnishings and tranquil art in all our adult spaces.

We also have offices designed for yoga, meditation, somatic work, and mindfulness. Designed to feel like a neutral space, it feels cozy, uncluttered, and serene so you can focus on body, mind, and spirit.
